Marie and Tom celebrated their wedding on a hot summer day at The Estate at Moraine Farm in Beverly, Massachusetts. With guests traveling from around the world, colorful summer flowers, Belgian traditions, a beautiful outdoor ceremony, and a packed dance floor, their wedding was such a fun day to photograph.
Marie arrived at Moraine Farm riding in a Mini Cooper convertible driven by her father. The arrival was a nod to a Belgian wedding tradition and a fun way to begin the day at the estate. Marie carried a colorful bouquet filled with bright summer flowers, while her bridesmaids wore a mix of dresses in shades of red, burgundy, and plum. The colors looked great against all of the summer greenery around Moraine Farm.
After arriving at the estate, Marie and Tom shared private vows together before we headed around the property for their couple photographs. Moraine Farm has so many different areas for photographs, from the gardens and trees surrounding the estate to the historic architecture of the Tea House.
Their ceremony took place on the lawn in front of the Tea House. The best man's father officiated, and several readings were given in French. With friends and family traveling from Belgium and other parts of the world to celebrate with them, it was a really nice mix of people and traditions coming together in one place.
After the ceremony, Marie and Tom joined their guests for cocktail hour. They had plenty of time to mingle, enjoy the afternoon, and spend time with everyone who had traveled to be there.
The celebration continued inside the tent for the reception. As Marie and Tom made their entrance, their guests welcomed them with little tambourines, filling the room with plenty of noise and energy right from the start.
The evening included some great toasts, dinner, and a live band that kept everyone dancing. Marie and Tom spent most of the night surrounded by their family and friends, and the dance floor stayed busy throughout the reception.
We stepped outside for a few nighttime photographs around the estate before they headed back inside to keep celebrating.
