Michelle and Blake’s wedding at The Barn at Gibbet Hill in Groton, MA, was a perfect celebration, surrounded by the vibrant colors of peak fall foliage. The day was filled with laughter, love, and personal touches that made it truly special.
Blake, an avid hunter, crafted unique duck decoy/floral centerpieces, which became a huge hit with the guests. In a fun twist, these centerpieces even made their way onto the dancefloor later in the night, adding a playful energy to the festivities.
One of the most memorable moments of the day was their ceremony, officiated by Blake’s aunt Kathy. She struck the perfect balance of humor and sentiment, making it both funny and touching. Kathy did an incredible job, and her warmth and wit were felt by everyone in attendance.
The rustic charm of The Barn at Gibbet Hill was the ideal setting for the celebration, and the couple added a special surprise during the cake cutting by singing happy birthday to Blake’s dad for his 70th birthday. It was a sweet moment that made everyone smile.
With the perfect mix of visiting with loved ones and dancing the night away, everyone had an amazing time. We are so thrilled to have been a part of Michelle and Blake’s big day. Congratulations to the happy couple!
