A Halloween Wedding to Remember at the Publick House
Danyelle and Tim’s Halloween wedding at the Publick House Historic Inn in Sturbridge, MA was full of spooky style and fall charm. We weren’t quite sure how much Halloween would be included in their day, but they went all out.
From Danyelle’s gorgeous gown with black lace at the bottom to the fall-inspired color palette of yellows, purples, and oranges, every detail tied into the theme perfectly. The décor was incredible, featuring a giant gravestone seating chart, spiderweb tablecloths, a Halloween cake topped with skeletons, and beautiful wooden florals. Even their signature drinks and music added to the festive vibe.
They shared a first look before exploring the Publick House grounds, which still showed off plenty of fall foliage. In true Halloween spirit, they even did some of their portraits in the cemetery next door. Their ceremony, officiated by a close friend and groomsman, took place just as the rain began to lightly fall, right on cue for a moody October feel.
As cocktail hour began, the wind and rain picked up, adding to the Halloween atmosphere outside while guests cozied up inside. Danyelle and Tim kicked off the reception with a choreographed first dance they had clearly practiced to perfection, and later in the night, some guests joined the fun by changing into Halloween costumes for dancing.
Every detail came together for a truly one of a kind celebration that was equal parts beautiful and spooky, a perfect Halloween wedding from start to finish.
